Yes! Of course! We provide a seasonal charcuterie board with bottled water or sparkling water. However, if you’d like to bring your own additional beverages or snacks that’s no problem!

We totally understand! The weather can be pretty unpredictable. We can move your picnic to an indoor area within 15 miles of your original location choice or we can reschedule to a different available date within 30 days at no additional charge. However, once the picnic has been setup at the location of your choosing you are responsible for the balance of the picnic.
Yay! Thank you for choosing to book with us! Once you submit your inquiry, we will reach out and confirm the details of your picnic. We require a $50 security deposit to secure your chosen date. The remaining balance is due after you enjoy your picnic. Then just sit back & relax! We will handle all of the event details from there.
This is one of the best parts of pop up picnics! You can host your picnic anywhere in the Denver and surrounding area. Your backyard, a favorite local park, an air bnb, the possibilities are endless! There may be some restrictions in regards to certain park rules. We will make sure during the booking process that your chosen spot is good to go.
Each picnic is 2 hours long. Additional hours are available for a small up charge.
($30 per add. hour)
When booking, We require a deposit that is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule, we will gladly switch your date. We just require 48 hours notice. If you'd like go cancel completely for any reason we do require 48 hours notice
Of course! We absolutely love working with our clients to create their dream picnic. You’ll speak directly to Savanna (our event stylist) prior to your picnic. She will work with you to customize your event to fit your aesthetic.

We email a security deposit of $50 prior to your event to secure the date. The reminding balance is emailed via invoice the day of your picnic. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours. We accept all major credit cards. If the invoice isn’t paid within 8 days a late fee will automatically be added to the invoice.
Picnics start at $230. Each picnic is hosted for 2 hours and set up for 2 people.
Additional guests are $30 per person
Additional hours are $30 per hour
(Luxury add ons are available for a small up charge)
